Brian J. Kahle received his B.S. degree from Grove City College in 2000, and, in 2003, received his juris doctorate cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law, receiving several awards for academic achievement. Mr. Kahle was Production Editor of the Duquesne Business Law Journal and a senior staff editor of the Duquesne Law Review. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and is admitted before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Kahle is active in the Grove City College alumni association and various bar associations.

Mr. Kahle began his career working at Hull McGuire P.C in its business litigation and regulatory departments where he was involved in a variety of successful corporate litigation and regulatory disputes involving principally construction, environmental and labor matters. In 2005, Mr. Kahle joined Minto Law Group, LLC, a tax boutique law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that specializes in estate planning, asset protection, estate administration, tax, probate and commercial litigation, elder law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and taxpayer representation before the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Kahle assists in all areas of the firm's practice, focusing principally in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and corporate transactions. He is an active member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, a professional organization providing superior, cutting edge estate planning solutions to attorneys all across the United States. He has been a guest speaker before the Wealth Management Roundtable and various trade and community groups.

Born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, Mr. Kahle was raised near Clarion, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Christian Life Academy where he participated in varsity basketball and soccer. He currently resides in Marshall Township, Pennsylvania where he is involved with his church and several community and non-profit organizations. A member of Venture Outdoors and an avid outdoor enthusiast, Mr. Kahle enjoys pursuing his interests of skiing, hiking and camping, golfing and nature photography.
