Attorney Jeff Brooks leads the civil litigation and commercial real estate development team at the Minto Law Group, LLC.

The litigation practice spans a wide range of litigation matters, including traditional commercial disputes such as breach of contract, employment agreements and construction/engineering contractual and work scope disputes.

Mr. Brooks' experience includes commercial real estate sales/acquisition and commercial real estate development and land use issues as well as civil litigation relating to those subjects.

Minto Law Group, LLC is also well equipped to handle probate litigation as well as sophisticated tax litigation in all state and federal venues.

As a litigator, Mr. Brooks recognizes that a client's interests are best served by prompt and timely response to the issues confronting a client and the expeditious and cost-effective resolution of disputes. Toward that end, he seeks to identify and resolve potential problems before formal proceedings are initiated, and are fully prepared to represent clients through all stages of the litigation process.

Mr. Brooks has tried cases in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts of various jurisdictions, as well as before commercial arbitration and administrative tribunals. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
