Ralph spoke to group sponsored by tax professionals and the IRS called the “Working Together Conference 2009” which helps foster a better level of communication between the private community and the IRS. The conference was held on September 25, 2009 in Pittsburgh, PA. Ralph spoke about the “penalty potpourri,” which focused on navigating the IRS penalty labyrinth.
