Richard L. Osberg, III is a 2002 cum laude graduate of Huntington College, where he received his B.S. in Economics, and a 2005 graduate of Regent University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree and focused his studies on tax law. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Richard is an Associate with Minto Law Group, LLC, a law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that specializes in estate planning, asset protection, collection representation, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, tax representation and elder law. He joined the firm in November 2005. Richard works primarily on estate planning and tax matters, although he has handled the sale of a six million dollar business, a complicated unemployment compensation case, a large corporate restructuring, establishment of various non-profit corporations and numerous estate litigation matters. He is an active member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, a professional organization providing superior, cutting edge estate planning solutions to attorneys all across the United States. He has been a guest speaker before the Wealth Management Roundtable and various trade and community groups.

Born in Huntington, Indiana, Richard has lived in Illinois, Pennsylvania and Virginia. He is a graduate of Christian Life Academy where he was a soccer enthusiast. Richard serves on the advisory board of Gym of Future Champs, an organization designed to keep at risk kids involved and out of trouble. He is also a member of the Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project which is a local urban revitalization group. Richard also sponsors children from Compassion International, a group that provides mentoring to economically deprived children. He is an active member of the Pittsburgh Sports League where he pursues his love of team sports. Richard currently resides in Emsworth, Pennsylvania where he has purchased his first residence.
