Rachel zealously serves her clients using individually tailored and innovative strategies to best achieve their goals. She is a skilled litigator and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts. She primarily focuses her practice on employment related claims such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace, as well as real estate and business matters. As your guide through the legal process, Rachel ensures that you receive prompt attention and compassionate representation throughout the course of your legal matter.

Rachel is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and its Civil Litigation section. She is also a co-founder of the Children’s Language Immersion Program, a Spanish language program serving the Pittsburgh region. She strives to serve not only her clients but her community as well.

Prior to joining Minto Law, Rachel ran her own law firm. She also worked at a boutique employment firm in Northeast Ohio.

Rachel earned her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While in law school, Rachel served as Managing Editor for the Journal of Law, Technology and the Internet and won a CALI Award for Excellence in Copyright Law. Rachel gained valuable experience working at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center representing clients in various criminal matters and working as a research assistant for Senior Instructor In Law, Michael Benza.
