
Gabrielle Shaulis
Gabrielle Shaulis is an associate attorney at Minto Law Group, working in civil litigation, with a primary focus on employment law. She represents a variety of employees in both federal and state courts. She has experience handling all types of employment matters from the administrative level through all phases of litigation and has successfully settled both wage and hour and employment cases. She recently second chaired a trial on a business dispute during which she and Mr. Spear obtained a six-figure Plaintiff’s verdict in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Shaulis earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2023, with a John P. Gismondi Civil Litigation Certificate. While in law school, she served as a Certified Legal Intern for the University’s Elder Law Clinic, assisting low-income individuals with estate planning and guardianship matters. Ms. Shaulis was also a member of the mock trial team, placing as a semi-finalist at the 21 st Annual National Trial Advocacy Competition. Prior to law school, Ms. Shaulis received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was a member of the Varsity Marching Band.

She is an active member of the Allegheny Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division, the Women in the Law Division, the LGBTQ+ Rights Committee, and the Civil Litigation Section. Additionally, she serves as a coach for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s mock trial team and has represented low-income individuals through the Name Change Project.

Outside of the legal community, Ms. Shaulis volunteers with Oakland TNR Coalition, a Pittsburgh-based cat rescue organization and serves as a Co-Captain for her softball team, the Glitter Bombs. She enjoys spending time with her girlfriend and their three cats, Rigatoni, Levi, and Teoscar.

Ms. Shaulis is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
